I’ve been playing around with the idea of a popup storefront card for a while, and while I experimented with a prototype over the holidays, this sweet shop greeting card is the first store-front style popup design to hit my Etsy shop!
I’ve been playing around with this project for about a week, making tiny digital painting after tiny digital painting, each on its own separate layer so that could experiment arranging them to get the look just right.

This design has two 3D candy store counter pieces that sit behind the window and unfold when the card is propped up to create an added layer of dimension. When you sit the card on a table top, the awning folds over the storefront to create the look of a tiny candy store, and the inside of the card is printed with the shop counter detail.
You can pick one of these cards on my Esty shop now for $9.99 each. Since sticker production is also working again, I’ve been messing around arranging the same digital paintings into a candy shop themed sticker sheet design. More on that project, and possibly some traditional painting stuff, next week!
