l took a little break from drawing over the weekend, so to start Monday off on the right foot, I’m posting the other piece l finished last week. Long, long ago, I started as an exercise to try out the various grays in a new set of markers. l put the finishing touches on last Thursday, and it joins some other mixed media pieces in a series I wrote about in my previous post.
Later today, I’m testing out my new Cricut machine’s print and cut capabilities. I thought for some reason that the only thing that they were used for was to make paper shapes for scrap booking. When I realized the potential, I wondered why I hadn’t been saving up for it for years. This afternoon will be my first adventure in making my own sticker sheets, so that when these designs become greeting cards, they’ll have their own seals and everything. Excitement abounds!
