I’ve been working on this very un-seasonal drawing today. It shows Janus, the god that the month of January is named after. He has two faces because he looks both forward and behind and is all about thresholds, transitions, beginnings and endings. I had drawn a few ink sketches thinking about illustrations for a planner, but they are going to become a series/pack of postcards instead!
